01Who are these materials for?+

02What does the Janoshik report verify?+
The configured Janoshik report applies to RU58841 raw powder from batch MLP-RU-20260803. It records Task 236310, Unique Key XX66NADBWJYF, and a reported result of 98%+.
That raw-material result is not presented as independent testing of a finished solution. Follow the report link and confirm its scope directly with the issuing laboratory.
03How does a paid preorder work?+
A preorder is offered only when the store owner has enabled a limited capacity and supplied an estimated restock date. The checkout clearly asks for preorder acknowledgement before an invoice can be created.
Successful payment secures a position in the preorder queue. Allocation follows verified payment time. The displayed restock date is an estimate, not a guaranteed dispatch date, and an order cannot move into preparation until stock is explicitly allocated.
04What does OpenPGP protect?+
When checkout is enabled, delivery details are encrypted in your browser with the store's configured OpenPGP public key before the encrypted envelope is sent to the server. The matching private key remains outside the webshop server.
OpenPGP does not make an order anonymous. Order items, totals, destination country, payment state, and operational events remain available where required to run the order, and the carrier must receive the address needed for delivery. Encrypted personal data remains personal data.
05Which payment methods are available?+
The storefront does not guess or advertise methods that are not active. Once production checkout is deliberately enabled, the connected BTCPay Server determines which real payment options appear on the invoice.
Checkout currently remains disabled while the payment infrastructure and final production configuration are completed.
06Where do you ship and what does it cost?+
Delivery is limited to supported European Union destinations. Standard shipping is €10.00 within Germany and €20.00 to other supported EU countries.
Optional discreet packaging costs €5.00. It removes product branding from the outer package; mandatory carrier, recipient, sender, and legally required labels still remain.
07How can I track an order?+
Use the private tracking code shown for your order on the Track order page. The public response contains fulfillment milestones only and does not expose recipient details, order contents, totals, or payment identifiers.
When a carrier shipment is created, the carrier reference can be added to the order's fulfillment record.
08How is availability calculated?+
RU58841 raw powder and both RU58841 solution strengths draw from the same material inventory. The server reserves the configured material amount for every unpaid invoice and paid order so the storefront cannot intentionally sell the same stock twice.
Public pages show useful availability bands rather than the exact internal stock figure. The exact amount, preorder ceiling, and restock estimate are controlled in the protected admin area.
09How does the welcome code work?+
Use WELCOME10 for 10% off eligible merchandise on a first order. Shipping and optional handling services are not discounted.
