Shipping
Clear EU-only rates, neutral packaging options, and private order handling.
Germany
Standard delivery within Germany is €10 per order. The destination and shipping charge are confirmed before a BTCPay invoice is created.
Other EU member states
Standard delivery to other supported EU member states is €20 per order. Delivery outside the European Union is not offered.
Discreet packaging
Optional discreet packaging uses a neutral outer package without product branding. Mandatory recipient, carrier, sender, and legally required labels remain visible; discreet does not mean anonymous or label-free.
Private order handling
When checkout is enabled, delivery details are encrypted in the browser with the configured OpenPGP public key before the encrypted envelope is stored. The matching private key remains outside the webshop server. The carrier still receives the delivery details required to transport the parcel.
Preparation and storage
Orders move into preparation after confirmed payment. Product-specific storage and handling information is shown with the product and any batch-linked documentation.
